TATEYAMA館山市
Tateyama is a seaside town on the south-western tip of the Boso Peninsula in Chiba Prefecture.
During the summer months, the area’s beaches are popular with the sun-seeking set, but its miles of coastline, cliffs, sparsely inhabited coves and steep hills provide plenty of other diversions throughout the year, including fabulous boat-fresh seafood, historical religious sites, a castle, and views of Mount Fuji.
