SUITA吹田市
The small town of Suita (Osaka Prefecture), in the suburbs of Osaka City, burst into international recognition when it hosted the Osaka Expo in 1970. Though the Expo pavilions have long been torn down, in their place the vast Expo ’70 Commemorative Park still welcomes visitors all year round, offering a refreshing respite from the urban bustle of central Osaka.
